HARVARD CHEVROLET is actively hiring for an Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing family-owned dealership .The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the vehicle sales department which includes: inventory management, sales performance results, employee supervision and training, and customer satisfaction in the vehicle sales department. Only individuals with Automotive sales or management experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the car industry
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Assist sales team with processing and completing sales
• Train and supervise sales team
• Oversee department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to them

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
